Halima Sadia

Halima graduated with an LLB in Law from the University of Law, Manchester, in 2025. Balancing the demands of her final year at university while working full-time, she demonstrated exceptional resilience, time management, and a strong commitment to both academic and professional development. As the youngest member of the firm, Halima has quickly earned recognition for her maturity, professionalism, and work ethic. She actively supports new colleagues, displaying strong leadership and mentoring qualities, and a natural ability to guide others. Halima is currently a Paralegal in the Industrial & Occupational Disease Department at Stanworth Law. She acts for a range of clients including Noise Induced Hearing Loss and Military Deafness claims. Halima aspires to qualify as a barrister and is passionate about advocacy and public speaking. Outside of work, she is an active member of her local community and regularly delivers speeches to audiences of 200–300 people at her mosque and community centre, further reflecting her confidence, communication skills, and dedication to making a positive impact.
